Are you strong or weak...??

Who is your anger affecting really…??  Is anger the solution to a problem…??  When you are angry can you think clearly and make rational choices…??

29542031_439492386484129_1451765475308862016_n

Anger is also a condition in ourselves, a brain conditioning, a personality condition to explode and kill all patience and deeper understanding.  Anger is a weakness, even though some ignorant people out there might think anger is a macho thing for the strong, and such is because anger robs us of all mental clarity and love to understand, compassion and humility to accept what has been and what it was; furthermore, anger is a weakness also because it is an intense feeling without control and without guidance, because anger destroys and it does not create.

Anger makes us ugly and powerless, it shows us how little we know about ourselves and about each other, and how immature and impatient we are; and so, it also disconnect us from reality to move forward, because anger leaves us stranded on a past memory, dwelling on it over and over again while we distance people.  And relationship building, a deeper connection with ourselves and with others, is what this life is about, is it not…??

best-free-as-a-bird-quotes-anger-quotes-free-as-a-bird-quotes.png

Anger originates from fear, insecurity, frustration, lack of inner peace and confusion; furthermore, emotions drive us, they are the content of our personalities, so when those emotions are not explored, when you bottle those emotions deep inside or run away from them is when you become a ticking time bomb, ready to hurt yourself, even though you don’t consciously realize it, and ready to damage your relationships.

So, even though at the start is difficult, be at peace and breathe deeply before following intense emotions of memories or when interacting to the reaction of others; for patience is gained through practice, and it is strengthened through commitment to peace and harmony of mind, which is true self-love while you live the moment with acceptance.  This is real strength, to be in total control.
Are you strong or weak….??  And if you are weak, would you change your ways for yourself…??

Keeping the peace.

“What is tolerance?  It is the consequence of humanity.  We are all formed of frailty and error; let us pardon reciprocally each other’s folly.  That is the first law of nature.”  ~ Voltaire; French Enlightenment writer, historian, and philosopher.
It is really easy to give in to anger and all sorts of anxiety, specially when dealing with really stubborn and illogical people–i.e., people of set beliefs, fixed ideas, attached to traditions of old, and all this nonsense people fall into out of sheer ignorance and a lazy mind. Basically most people fall into this category, but quite often these still can be good and decent people, people who try to do their best even with the mental conditioning they have, and sometimes people do not try to even do their best.  It can be really frustrating to deal with this erratic crowd.

a022e424da034adcb5cb4c005411d43e--disrespect-quotes-tolerance-quotes
But we have to remind ourselves that people come from all sorts of places, environments, families, and with all different experiences that have shaped their minds one way or the other; so, for better or worse, these individuals must be seen from a psychological level, not just to understand what we can understand about them but to keep your own mind in peace when dealing with them.

And your mind must remain in peace and harmony, because, even though it can be difficult at times, it is all about you and not them, it is all about communion with yourself through a mind which is not in any agitation whatsoever.

Each one of us has a purpose for being the way we are, and we may not understand why this or that person reacts one way or the other, or why this or that person thinks one way or the other; however, life is conscious and wise, and it is not our business or concern to straighten them out or make them better.  Your only concern must be your own self and to show respect and love for people, and if they don’t care for you then just walk away and keep your ego tamed.

Strengthen your character

“Better than a thousand hollow words, is one word that brings peace.” ~ Buddha.
“Be Impeccable with your word. Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.” ~ Don Miguel Ruiz; Mexican author of Toltec spiritualist and neoshamanistic texts.

Quite often we tend to react emotionally to situations and people, destroying trust and distancing ourselves from clarity; and this happens when the mind is overwhelmed and angered, in conversations or even when we keep anger inside that we cannot contain.

So, that is when the mind explodes and careless words come flying out just like daggers thrust to an opponent in battle; however, as in battle, the greatest warriors are the ones who remain calm, the ones who control their reactions, and the ones who turn mental anger and fogginess into mental strength and poise.

25507656_401524340280934_730112181361257566_n

See, the fact that you must be firm and serious in your battle, in your work, in your conversation with another, does not mean you have to be careless and hurtful with your words.

Now, you must understand that when you let your mind explode and you say whatever comes out of your mouth, you are not just hurting others but you are hurting yourself; for in this process you condition your mind, your character, subconsciously perhaps, to be subjected to this poison which runs now throughout your whole system.

You not only destroy your own integrity and peace of mind, but you destroy opportunities and distance yourself from people that now see you as this ego-centered bully; furthermore, your thoughts and words of anger or incomprehension release energy which is negative and attract all sorts of stressing situations into your life.

Your character develops strength based on the control on your reactions and the intentions you carry in thoughts and words.

Be patient, wait to respond or formulate your message, remain clear and do not allow your emotions to cloud your thinking.

Moving forwards...

“The weak can never forgive.  Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.”  ~ Mahatma Gandhi.
“We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive.  He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love.  There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us.  When we discover this, we are less prone to hate others.”  ~ Martin Luther King, Jr.; American Baptist minister, spokesperson and leader in the Civil Rights Movement.

Self-love is the beginning of every great and inspirational thought, of every great and inspirational feeling, of every great and inspirational deed; so, if a human being cannot love himself beyond his mundane thoughts and superficial appearance, then he will not be able to experience true happiness and truly love others.

9ab18aa88e858e60360091f17dd28bb4--bible-quotes-forgiveness-forgive-quotes

But he will confuse pleasure with true love and thus he will suffer and fail many times in his life, while making the same mistakes over and over again until, and if ever, he learns to develop self-love.

Forgiveness is one of the greatest acts regarding self-love, because it is all about truly freeing your own mind, loving yourself; and once you let go of the hurt from past memories, then your mind is free to embrace self-love and to move on, while you are not tied anymore to hate and anger and you can heal yourself.

Even something as terrible as rape can be forgiven, not forgotten, obviously; but, nevertheless, you can remove the anger and hatred from your mind which is destroying your abilities to move on and be happy, thus you self-love.

24862275_397594064007295_3626136152942020627_n

I am not saying forgiving the stupidities of people is easy, not even close to that; but I am saying that it is worth it, because it is all about your healthy development and the embrace of greater strengths.

Whatever happened in your life a minute or ten years ago is in the past, and now in your memory; and because it is a memory, you may never forget it, but because it is in fact this memory in thought-form, you can make peace with it.  And so with daily practice, patiently, focused on your own development, you can let go, you can help yourself.

forgiveness-1
The easiest, most selfish and lazy thing the human being does is to follow his own ego blindly, like a brute with no brains at all; so, to remain attached to anger and hatred, to choose to follow stupid memories and let these thoughts consume you, is to deny the divine opportunities, the inner strength, life has given you to move on and raise above your own flawed mind, thus stupidity and stubbornness, thus a very selfish and pitiful state of mind.  This is of the weak mind, thus also of the weak individual as a whole who cannot even rule over his own mind.

To forgive then is of the strong mind, because to forgive is to see beyond your own lazy ego and reach deep within you for the strength to move on and be happy.  This takes guts and a very tamed mind.  This takes some greater mastery over yourself.
Are you the weak one or the strong one then…??  Are you an inferior human being or a superior one…??

Mastering life...

“When the dog looks at you, the dog is not thinking what kind of a person you are.  The dog is not judging you.  We have much to learn from a simple dog.”  ~ Eckhart Tolle; German-Canadian spiritual teacher, public speaker, and author.

“I hate prejudice, discrimination, and snobbishness of any kind, it always reflects on the person judging and not the person being judged.  Everyone should be treated equally.” ~ Gordon Brown; British politician.

Life allows us to make different paths, and that exactly shapes people, and by the choices we make under any circumstance we are forging our journey along this path; this is something unique which is the heart of our level of living and understanding.

And nobody is better than anybody due to having different experiences; we are all different, perhaps with a lower or higher thinking depth, perhaps we have taken our time to meditate on ourselves or not, but we are all here to learn from our unique and challenging experiences.

31982e0984cd489032ddfab70045eaac--pink-quotes-yoga-meditation

Sometimes people make the mistake of seeing a rich person, a bully, an angry person, a hateful person, etc., and think that they have it easy or that they are evil because of their words or because of the violence they commit.  But, the truth that your untainted heart knows, and that your ego may quarrel with, is that we have all gone through experiences and lifestyles that have shaped us as the human beings we presently are, and many times the choices we have made out of ignorance were not the best ones.

But whether you understand this and tolerate it or not is a reflection of you, not of the people you judge.

This speaks of your own knowledge of self and of the control you have of your mind, such must be always a peaceful and harmonious mind in order to see through all prejudice and anger from the rebellious ego.

You must accept people the way they are, even if we are talking about Hitler himself; because nobody is born evil, but the choices and the experiences growing up make good or evil.  Learn to be the sage, the wise one who can see through this veil of prejudice.

And with this I am not saying that we should hug and kiss every damn idiot out there who rapes, murders, bullies, and even that talks down to you; however, I am saying that we must keep our minds peaceful and free of anger and anxiety, and I am saying that we must keep the attention on ourselves and not on judging others, because while you hate and judge others you are distancing yourself from self-love, you are letting evil into your own mind to take over, you are the one choosing wrong now, you are the one committing the sin.

Think about it and be wise in your own daily choices.

Mutual evolution...

“Knowledge will give you power, but character respect.”  ~ Bruce Lee.

“If we lose love and self respect for each other, this is how we finally die.”  ~ Maya Angelou.

Living in this realm of duality, where light and darkness must stand side by side and where love and fear hold hands together, man must find the balance and rise above his own Lower Self and powerful ego; however, always keep connected to this world and grow connections with other minds which still remain in the dominion of the Lower Self.  After all, that is what being a human is all about, expressing your spirit through connections, through the sharing process, through the expansion of self-love.

22154543_1118898484908136_7065394627471117254_n

And even though we are all different and at different levels of understanding and maturity, we can still see beyond all the different experiences and cultural backgrounds if we allow ourselves to be led by the pure heart and not by the judging thought which divides us.  In those moments of conflict or anger because of differences and opinions among people, always remind yourself that we all are doing the best we can from our level of understanding and experience.

Walk with each other, connect with one another, and always try to help in the freedom and elevation of the human spirit.  The wise process of connection is to always be patient and poised in front of all differences, and to not label one another in your mind because this designs fears and anger towards one another.

The man with higher understanding of Nature is believed insane by the Lower Minds.  The Lower Mind of common understanding is too “normal” to see his own ignorance, and only the Higher-Thinking man can help him reach higher levels of understanding.
But they both need time and tolerance to accept each other and respect their own times and individual steps to mental elevation.

Anger (Part 2)

“Did I offer peace today?  Did I bring a smile to someone’s face?  Did I say words of healing?  Did I let go of my anger and resentment?  Did I forgive?  Did I love?  These are the real questions.  I must trust that the little bit of love that I sow now will bear many fruits, here in this world and the life to come.”  ~ Henri Nouwen; Dutch priest and writer.

“There’s a natural law of karma that vindictive people, who go out of their way to hurt others, either with words or actions, will end up broke and alone.”  ~ Sylvester Stallone; American actor, filmmaker, screenwriter, and fine art painter.

Anger (Part 2)

Anger does not come out of our real selves, out of what we truly are, but anger is the illusion that springs from the ego, out of fear; therefore, you allow your ego to create anger because you fear people to destroy the image you have made of yourself, you fear your ego-made beliefs being argued and rejected, you fear the feeling created by your massive ego of being belittled by someone, you fear this and that, so your mind becomes violent.

This violence affects you, while your ego makes you believe that getting angry and releasing your anger towards the world is healthy for you. Even some scientists are poisoned by ego nonsense, even they tell people that releasing anger is good for you.

Anger must not be released onto others, because what anger really is, what goes beyond what science understands, is blocked or darkened energy of extremely fast vibrational rate which blocks happiness and positive thoughts, and when released into the world this energy creates a negative vortex or vibe which is attracted or absorbed by other people’s energy fields of their hearts and also of their brains.

mo

This process blocks or blinds thinking and all clarity, because clarity and understanding are entities which branch out or spring from self-love; so, in that long moment when you get angry, or for as long as anger takes over your body, self-love, higher intuition into yourself and into others, disappears or is buried under layers of sludge or that dark energy vibrations.

And even more than that, when anger is released into the world, its high vibrational rate goes out and infests the energy surrounding it all, so it creates a vortex of violence and chaos, negativity and dire situations; this means that it creates situations into your life which are negative, this energy of anger collides and transforms the energy creating the events in your life.

Remember that all there is in the universe, in you, in the things you use, in nature, in the wind, all over, is energy; life does not create negative energy, but your thoughts of fear and anger do.

The one that follows anger is the weak warrior.
The one that remains peaceful is the strong warrior.
“The best fighter is never angry.” ~ Lao Tzu.
Think Bruce Lee; he never fought angry, that is why he was so powerful.

Anger (Part 1)

“Stop trying to leave, and you will arrive.  Stop seeking, and you will find.  Stop running away, and you will be found.”  ~ Lao Tzu.

“The best fighter is never angry.”  ~ Lao Tzu.
————————————————————————————————————

Anger (Part 1)

Anger seems to poison most people in the world, not just violent outbursts of anger but, even worse, intense mental anger which spreads throughout the whole body and boils the blood and corrupts the nervous and immune systems (as well as the other systems of the body).  This anger always provokes frustration and sadness or depression afterwards, it weakens us and it makes us darken our own energy, the aura around the heart gets depleted and we may suffer serious mental and health problems; however, this sometimes does not occur in our bodies right away, but it hides like cancer, and as we grow we get high blood pressure and we develop certain anomalies, and we might even get serious diseases like cancer.

You must understand that our human body works based on the energy which runs though it all day and night, and we cannot develop bliss or happiness if that energy is polluted and dark; that is, no matter what you do and how good of a person you are, if that energy running through you is poisoned and darkened by anger then you will live stressed and frustrated, and be a host for all kinds of diseases.  And people who live stressed and frustrated, with diseases infesting their body, cannot embrace happiness, never, no matter who they are or what they do.

Control in those moments when you feel anger rising in you is key, whenever you feel that heat rushing through you, then you must stop yourself when that happens, don’t follow your thoughts of anger either, they will be the first to poison your body as they create all your emotions.
Most of the time anger happens because we have an image in our minds of ourselves or of what we do, or of what we believe, and someone else might attack that image we have built in our egos; also it happens because we resist change and do not let life or even other people around us disturb our comfortable egos.

There is a sick pleasure in this ignorance.  This is indeed self-destruction.  Evil done unto ourselves.
Anger can truly ruin your life without you even knowing it.  Anger works smoothly most of the time, because everything the ego does is smooth and subconscious at first, we are not fully aware of our reactions and of the ignorant processes of our thinking.
There is strength and divinity in controlling one’s thoughts and emotions, specially of anger.
Be patient and wise.

Think about yourself and not about revenge words or thoughts or actions.  Remember, by revenge thoughts, words or actions you are really distancing yourself from love and all beauty, you are poisoning your heart and mind.
