Are you strong or weak...??

Who is your anger affecting really…??  Is anger the solution to a problem…??  When you are angry can you think clearly and make rational choices…??

29542031_439492386484129_1451765475308862016_n

Anger is also a condition in ourselves, a brain conditioning, a personality condition to explode and kill all patience and deeper understanding.  Anger is a weakness, even though some ignorant people out there might think anger is a macho thing for the strong, and such is because anger robs us of all mental clarity and love to understand, compassion and humility to accept what has been and what it was; furthermore, anger is a weakness also because it is an intense feeling without control and without guidance, because anger destroys and it does not create.

Anger makes us ugly and powerless, it shows us how little we know about ourselves and about each other, and how immature and impatient we are; and so, it also disconnect us from reality to move forward, because anger leaves us stranded on a past memory, dwelling on it over and over again while we distance people.  And relationship building, a deeper connection with ourselves and with others, is what this life is about, is it not…??

best-free-as-a-bird-quotes-anger-quotes-free-as-a-bird-quotes.png

Anger originates from fear, insecurity, frustration, lack of inner peace and confusion; furthermore, emotions drive us, they are the content of our personalities, so when those emotions are not explored, when you bottle those emotions deep inside or run away from them is when you become a ticking time bomb, ready to hurt yourself, even though you don’t consciously realize it, and ready to damage your relationships.

So, even though at the start is difficult, be at peace and breathe deeply before following intense emotions of memories or when interacting to the reaction of others; for patience is gained through practice, and it is strengthened through commitment to peace and harmony of mind, which is true self-love while you live the moment with acceptance.  This is real strength, to be in total control.
Are you strong or weak….??  And if you are weak, would you change your ways for yourself…??

Are you intelligent in your own life...??

Do you know why most people tend to make bad choices over and over again throughout their lives…??  People all over the world, even with higher education and vast experience, live in ignorance and create wars and all sorts of ignorant evil or mischief, so one wonders… aren’t these people with all their education and vast life experience supposed to be intelligent and create beauty instead of mayhem…?? …

So, what is really intelligence…??

28783396_432408427192525_5081735756221775872_n

All most of these people do is search for more success in the world, more recognition, more knowledge from books, more experiences, but all this goes to their intellect, which is the ego; so, all this is the accumulation of knowledge, superficial data which is gained by effort and struggle, as the mind is always trying to fix, always trying to achieve more and increase in superficial, mechanical awareness–an ambition which is capable of consuming the individual in pride of becoming better, more knowledgeable, more successful, more rich, more spiritual, etc..

All this never-ending struggle for becoming is a denial of what one really is, because one is never satisfied with that which one is, because one finds identity and worth, the ego finds identity and worth, in accomplishing and struggling to be.  This false identity and worth is tied then to our ego, to our daily thoughts of joy and suffering, to all feelings which like a roller coaster take us up and down in mood swings and through the neurosis of one’s state of mind.  This distances us from our real value and we start paying attention to people’s opinions of ourselves and to the very alluring but very ignorant society–i.e., what you should be, how is your life to be improved, what to eat, what to wear, what career to follow, etc.  Thus life becomes based on fear of not being better than somebody else and all fear of not becoming what they say we should become.  No real love grows within us…
As-I-began-to-Love-Myself-790x790
But is there a superior way to internalize and accept that which one is without the struggle and obsession to become better…??

Meditation, observing, peering into oneself, is realizing that there is no struggle in being, that we do not need to seek for experiences and obsess over becoming this or that in order to accept life and flow with it.  Observing the tides or ocean waves going in and out is relaxing and powerful, and so there is much learning of wisdom in it; and so, one does not have to think and struggle to understand the movement of the waves, but in simply observing our consciousness grows because now there is no distance between you and the moving water, there is no word, there is no judgement, there is simply a superior understanding which is real intelligence where the ego is dissolved.

so-you-think-you-can-trance-the-benefits-of-meditation-2-638
The same observing is required in all aspects of life to understand, to absorb wisdom and grow, to observe is to be intelligent without the struggle and desire to be intelligent.  Without comparing yourself to the world, without following, without all this behavior out of fear of not becoming this, you become really intelligent, you are what you are now; ergo, you follow your untainted heart without the ego demanding of you, you just flow and do not struggle to please others and fill the expectation others have of you.

“Joy in looking and comprehending is nature’s most beautiful gift.” ~ Albert Einstein.

Ways of The Light...

What is it that moves man beyond his intellectual education and given environment into greater heights of achievement…??  What is the difference between people who do and people who do not do, or between people who fight and people who give up…??  What is the way of life, or the wholly blissful experience of this divine condition we call life…??

Begin-each-day-with-optimism

The ego possesses the common man in a way which fogs reality and gives concepts and ideas to everything which happens in life, so we can say that this mind is tense and frustrated, joyful at times but easily overwhelmed by worry and stress.
This creates fear, conscious or subconscious, which gives man a false sense of experience, mental images of gloom and doom where suffering is all they see as reality; thus, man experiences chaos and negativity, and this brings pessimism and hopelessness in powerful bouts–sometimes long periods of depression and moods which injure the mind in question.

optimism-world-suffering-overcoming

This process of pessimism and hopelessness makes the mind weak and susceptible to all kinds of illnesses–i.e., it lowers the immune system, it stresses the nervous system, it creates cancers, it makes us repellents to better opportunities in life.

That is why the way to health in all aspects, the way of life, is being positive, being optimistic; which is not being attached to a particular outcome but being brave enough to keep a positive and faithful attitude even in the middle of chaos or crisis.

This is indubitably the greatest tool in the arsenal of the strong warrior, because it takes a highly intelligent and strong man to remain positive in the midst of the storm; consequently, knowing that he can indeed survive and come out triumphant is what drives him forward with a true and powerful heart.

28377783_429417187491649_614029642990354432_n

Being optimistic is not being naive and closed to reality, but the opposite–being optimistic is having the inner strength to quiet your own ego, your nagging thoughts and feelings tugging at you and making you see the worst scenario possible.   Being optimistic is allowing yourself to actually create your own experience and not allowing your outer environment and what your eyes see to tell you how to feel and lead your life.   To create beauty and good opportunities for yourself in this life, you must be able to envision good things in your mind first; but, furthermore, you must also be able to keep seeing good things in your mind constantly, patiently, faithfully, committedly, because otherwise you are just a mechanical tool of society/of your environment.

…So, who are you–someone who creates his/her own life, or someone who follows the rabble and mechanically complies with whatever randomly happens…??  …  Think about it deeply for the answer…

“Pessimism leads to weakness, optimism to power.”  ~ William James; American psychologist, philosopher, educator, and writer.

Eternal and Unquenchable.

So many people in the world are ruled by hatred, fear, and the search for money and popularity that their minds are blind to the truth, to reality, they live in this illusion of their minds where everything truly important ages and so they have to compete violently and rush into situations, manipulate and scheme to become better, to become someone else, to become powerful in the eyes of society; for they truly hate themselves deeply and so seek things and accomplishments, and step on others and show their “superiority” just because they need to fill this emptiness they carry inside.

This is the ignorance in the conditioned brain, because they are ruled by dogmas, beliefs, ideas, traditions, memories, and all lifestyles and philosophies borrowed or stolen from others, taught to them and maintained since childhood, they compare themselves to others, they envy and do not know what love/a deeper connection really is.

27973266_425362294563805_2146636734359793375_n

The unquenchable fire of love and compassion for themselves and for others is buried under all these beliefs, traditions, ideas, and lifestyles of competition to see who is superior, who can be a better slave to money, hatred, and all commercialism, in general to a disgraceful society.

They cannot see and feel what lies in themselves buried and so they seek and seek, for ever more because they see themselves aging and time passing so they become impatient and agitated; therefore, they see life as ephemeral and rushing by, they do not understand that what is buried deep inside them, the unquenchable fire of love and compassion, makes them eternal, makes their minds pure, innocent and creative, absolutely free to see reality as it truly is, to see life as it is and find peace and patience from the tricks of time and all thoughts of violence.

Ashes of Bone.

Tradition, set rules, dogmas, lifestyles, following, etc…  All words belonging to the popular illness in the human mind, based upon a society which is in fact the corrupted and ignorant human being, which stems from this illness like the growth of a tumor appears first inside vital organs without being noticed and when is too late it has become extremely polluting throughout.  The same insanity which believes war, competition, intolerance, jealousy, economic division, obsessing over commerce, etc., is productive in the evolution of the individual mind is certainly developing the thinking of billions of people every day, and without analysis and deep meditation of the consequences…

The revolution to stop this begins with you, because real change is internal, from within; for it is all about you, to question yourself, your beliefs, your traditions, your behaviors, your thinking…  This is awakening and freeing your mind from the chains…

Ashes of Bone

Ashes of bone as tyrannous time passes,
The dust of society of my eyes veils truth;
As people remains divided in classes,
As the human mind is enslaved since youth. My heart without thought holds the key,
The silence of the essence the liberty;
I walked through pain without what it be,
All my life I ran away from the inner deity.
The people seem so formless and vain,
As I sit pondering the state of my own mind:
Are we really choosing to be insane…??
Do we really understand we are blind…??
Ashes of bone tell a story of many a fear,
As time passes and my fleshy temple decays;
I lost people who knew me of good cheer
Playing the game of comparison and praise.
Behind the ashes of bone lies the human spirit,
Away from daily monotony of mediocre recognition.
I renounce society and its steel chains! So be it.
I rise alone, free myself, denounce all tradition.

Thinking positively.

“It’s really important that you feel good.  Because this feeling good is what goes out as a signal into the universe and starts to attract more of itself to you.  So the more you can feel good, the more you will attract the things that help you feel good and that will keep bringing you up higher and higher.”  ~ Joe Vitale; American life coach, teacher, and Law of Attraction author.
“Whether you think you can or think you can’t, either way you are right.”  ~ Henry Ford; American captain of industry, business magnate–the founder of the Ford Motor Company, and the sponsor of the development of the assembly line technique of mass production.

Impossible things to accomplish and irrational fears are created by the human mind, and the human mind is tied and under the influence of time and space (thoughts only exist because there is time and space, and vice versa); and time and space, as we all can understand, are not eternal realities, they are constructs which help develop our humanity, but they remain as chains because for as long as time and space exists, for as long as we have a human mind and decaying flesh, as awakened as one can be, there will always exist fear and doubt.  Something which is not an eternal reality brings duality, and duality brings all fear and doubt.

1d0b971ee55d34a2f5c8f21babbc0008

So, allowing your mind to be positive and to desire for the best to come to you without overthinking–because overthinking brings doubt and fear–is to live without resistance, it is to flow with what is, it is to step out of your thoughts, out of your own head and accept whatever comes to you.

When you do this, your heart and your positive mindset become powerful magnets in attracting better opportunities and people to you; however, concealing and entertaining negative thinking, confusion, doubt, and the feelings which come with it, make you a repellent for better things and a magnet for what you fear might happen.

26734327_413103422456359_1569828563433381793_n
Obviously it is extremely hard to remain positive and appreciative of life when you have all these pressures daily, but if your life is to get better you must do this and stay patiently with it; therefore, you must be diligent in your new views of a healthier thinking, and bring those thoughts and feelings into your daily behavior as well.

Innermost.

“No one knows your situation better than you.  Do what’s best for you.  If they can’t love you through it, then they weren’t meant to be in your life.”  ~ Tony Gaskins; American motivational speaker, author and life coach.

“Look inside yourself for the answers, you’re the only one who knows what’s best for you.  Everybody else is only guessing.”  ~ Charles De Lint; Canadian short story writer, novelist, poet, and lyricist.

Knowledge of self, daily reflection, routine meditation into yourself, is what one needs in order to embrace complete happiness and in order to be content with whatever you do in life.

This is self-love: when you only follow your inner self and take care of that inner self because you realize that you are the most important person you have to worry about, your mental elevation and emotional understanding; and so, from this process of self-love you can now expand love onto others.

24312907_393573671076001_3268789277593856981_n
But this paramount process of self-love gets interrupted and badly tainted if you allow your focus to be on others, on others’ expectations for you, on others’ opinions and wishes for you, etc. etc.
No one, not even your loved ones, can tell you exactly what is best for you if you are mature enough to see it for yourself, if you are mature enough to know where you are going and enjoy the path you walk; therefore, it is of the ego to feel victim of the opinions, wishes, expectations of other people, for you must see the reality, that you are the god of your own life, that you are the creator of your own life.
Never allow guilt, shame, fear, to consume your rationale and affect your emotional understanding of yourself, because you are here on this earth to develop yourself, not to take care of others constantly and be the punching bag for their mental and emotional nonsense.
This may sound harsh to someone that is not well acquainted with self-love, but it is the absolute truth to me; and I live my life based on it.

You are the only one who knows your innermost desires and strengths, so do not let any tricks from your ego or from the ego of others to manipulate you into being less and staying less than what you are and can accomplish.

Do not give in to stress and frustration, but raise above it.

Mastering life...

“When the dog looks at you, the dog is not thinking what kind of a person you are.  The dog is not judging you.  We have much to learn from a simple dog.”  ~ Eckhart Tolle; German-Canadian spiritual teacher, public speaker, and author.

“I hate prejudice, discrimination, and snobbishness of any kind, it always reflects on the person judging and not the person being judged.  Everyone should be treated equally.” ~ Gordon Brown; British politician.

Life allows us to make different paths, and that exactly shapes people, and by the choices we make under any circumstance we are forging our journey along this path; this is something unique which is the heart of our level of living and understanding.

And nobody is better than anybody due to having different experiences; we are all different, perhaps with a lower or higher thinking depth, perhaps we have taken our time to meditate on ourselves or not, but we are all here to learn from our unique and challenging experiences.

31982e0984cd489032ddfab70045eaac--pink-quotes-yoga-meditation

Sometimes people make the mistake of seeing a rich person, a bully, an angry person, a hateful person, etc., and think that they have it easy or that they are evil because of their words or because of the violence they commit.  But, the truth that your untainted heart knows, and that your ego may quarrel with, is that we have all gone through experiences and lifestyles that have shaped us as the human beings we presently are, and many times the choices we have made out of ignorance were not the best ones.

But whether you understand this and tolerate it or not is a reflection of you, not of the people you judge.

This speaks of your own knowledge of self and of the control you have of your mind, such must be always a peaceful and harmonious mind in order to see through all prejudice and anger from the rebellious ego.

You must accept people the way they are, even if we are talking about Hitler himself; because nobody is born evil, but the choices and the experiences growing up make good or evil.  Learn to be the sage, the wise one who can see through this veil of prejudice.

And with this I am not saying that we should hug and kiss every damn idiot out there who rapes, murders, bullies, and even that talks down to you; however, I am saying that we must keep our minds peaceful and free of anger and anxiety, and I am saying that we must keep the attention on ourselves and not on judging others, because while you hate and judge others you are distancing yourself from self-love, you are letting evil into your own mind to take over, you are the one choosing wrong now, you are the one committing the sin.

Think about it and be wise in your own daily choices.

Committed to success.

“Happiness is not something ready made.  It comes from your own actions.” ~ Dalai Lama.

“To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind, he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him.”  ~ Buddha.

Success in life is not something far-fetched, as our minds would have us believe; but it is something we have to reach by mastering ourselves every single day, because success and the bliss along with it is right around the corner for everybody, but we have to become ready to materialize it from energy into something we humans can actually experience.  Take love, for example:  True love is a substance which is perfect and that elevates your mind and heart to unlimited heights of existence, and it is already who you truly are; however, you cannot experience love in your physical body unless you experience some human interactions first–like relationships, or living your life without fear, or giving your life to the service of others, etc. etc.

believeinyourdream

Happiness, bliss, is something we already are, something we are by divine nature; however, because we are human beings and bound to space and time, then, in order to experience our own divine nature, our own happiness, there are certain habits and styles of being we must welcome and adopt every single day.

This divine nature is energy, and so we must be vigilant of its vibrations; therefore, our surroundings and choices, our communications and interactions with the world, must be aligned, to the best of our knowledge, with our own divine energy in order to elevate ourselves and not pollute ourselves.

And this is extremely important to have in mind always.

“It’s really important that you feel good.  Because this feeling good is what goes out as a signal into the universe and starts to attract more of itself to you.  So the more you can feel good, the more you will attract the things that help you feel good and that will keep bringing you up higher and higher.”  ~ Joe Vitale; American singer, songwriter, composer and multi-instrumentalist.

Anger (Part 2)

“Did I offer peace today?  Did I bring a smile to someone’s face?  Did I say words of healing?  Did I let go of my anger and resentment?  Did I forgive?  Did I love?  These are the real questions.  I must trust that the little bit of love that I sow now will bear many fruits, here in this world and the life to come.”  ~ Henri Nouwen; Dutch priest and writer.

“There’s a natural law of karma that vindictive people, who go out of their way to hurt others, either with words or actions, will end up broke and alone.”  ~ Sylvester Stallone; American actor, filmmaker, screenwriter, and fine art painter.

Anger (Part 2)

Anger does not come out of our real selves, out of what we truly are, but anger is the illusion that springs from the ego, out of fear; therefore, you allow your ego to create anger because you fear people to destroy the image you have made of yourself, you fear your ego-made beliefs being argued and rejected, you fear the feeling created by your massive ego of being belittled by someone, you fear this and that, so your mind becomes violent.

This violence affects you, while your ego makes you believe that getting angry and releasing your anger towards the world is healthy for you. Even some scientists are poisoned by ego nonsense, even they tell people that releasing anger is good for you.

Anger must not be released onto others, because what anger really is, what goes beyond what science understands, is blocked or darkened energy of extremely fast vibrational rate which blocks happiness and positive thoughts, and when released into the world this energy creates a negative vortex or vibe which is attracted or absorbed by other people’s energy fields of their hearts and also of their brains.

mo

This process blocks or blinds thinking and all clarity, because clarity and understanding are entities which branch out or spring from self-love; so, in that long moment when you get angry, or for as long as anger takes over your body, self-love, higher intuition into yourself and into others, disappears or is buried under layers of sludge or that dark energy vibrations.

And even more than that, when anger is released into the world, its high vibrational rate goes out and infests the energy surrounding it all, so it creates a vortex of violence and chaos, negativity and dire situations; this means that it creates situations into your life which are negative, this energy of anger collides and transforms the energy creating the events in your life.

Remember that all there is in the universe, in you, in the things you use, in nature, in the wind, all over, is energy; life does not create negative energy, but your thoughts of fear and anger do.

The one that follows anger is the weak warrior.
The one that remains peaceful is the strong warrior.
“The best fighter is never angry.” ~ Lao Tzu.
Think Bruce Lee; he never fought angry, that is why he was so powerful.

Tips on Problem Solving.

“There was never a night or a problem that could defeat sunrise or hope.”  ~ Sir Bernard Williams; English Moral philosopher.

Life is challenges, that is the value of life, the rich essence of human existence.  Imagine if you didn’t have problems or challenges, you would never grow and learn, you would never feel blissful and accomplished whenever you have achieved something you have worked for.  Human beings only know success because they know frustration and failure.  Human beings only know happiness because they know unhappiness.  Human beings only know how love feels because they know how fear, hate, and rejection feels.

A few tips on Problem Solving for your everyday life:

  1. Accept the problem:  Quite often we try to push on, live our lives ignoring a problem or just hoping it goes away on its own; however, this might be counterproductive for growth and for a solution, because it could backfire on us.  Acceptance of a problem means that you are not resisting and not feeding that problem by an immature and damaging process.  Accepting it means that you allow peace and clarity to enter your mind and so think better, to become one with the problem and not running away from it like it is your enemy.  Problems are not enemies, they are there for a reason; to help us grow and master ourselves, master our skills of creativity, of imagination.  So become one with the energies of your problems; because those energies can be transformed in solutions if you work with that problem.
  2. Keep calm and analyze:  Ask yourself:  What’s the worst that could happen…??  Is this really the end of my life…??  Should I let this problem rob me of happiness and clarity…??  Should I allow fear to take over my mind and my body…??  Thoughts of obsession and darkness seem to overwhelm the mind when we have a problem, and by taking a step back, sitting calmly, breathing deeply and meditating or contemplating on the problem, we can then become rulers over the situation and get rid of the brunt or heart of the stress we feel.  And remember that stress is conducive to illness and all sorts of problems, specially it blocks your creative thinking.
  3. Remember who you are and look at failure as nothing to you:  This is a big one, and one that most of us forget.  What human beings really are, beyond the mere thoughts we have and the decaying flesh we see in the mirror, is energy, energy inside each atom that makes us; and this energy is what we call Imagination or Creativity, and this is why we are given by life problems and challenges in the first place, because we are equipped by nature to solve them, whether you are conscious of it or not…  Also whenever problems overwhelm you, look and learn from highly successful people and their views on failure–i.e., failure is just a state of the mind for them, and something not to be feared but to be welcomed and learn from.
  4. Don’t be proud, ask for help:  Quite often, there is that foolish pride the ego creates, that embarrassment perhaps, that fear; but, the opposite of fear is love, so you have to accept to expand that love to get rid of that fear, and you do it by connecting with others, by sharing the weights you carry on your shoulders with others.  As human beings, we are to support each other because we are a collective species, we are one in the sense that we must help each other with the challenges we present.  Pride drives the ego and so the problems you may have exacerbate or become heavier on you; therefore, help others with their problems, and help yourself by connecting with others and sharing the burden you carry.  Asking for help means trust, and trust is the expansion of love; the expansion of love is not a weakness but a strength, an imaginable power
  5. Use The Universal Law:  This law says that a task will expand in time and seeming complexity depending on the time you set aside for it.  For instance, if you say to yourself that you will come up with a solution within a week, then the problem will seem to grow more difficult and you will spend more and more time trying to come up with a solution.  So focus your time on finding solutions, be clear of mind first and then give yourself an hour or so (instead than a whole week) to find that solution.  In this manner, you will rule your own mind and not allow panic or stress to set in and take over, you will give your mind a definite time frame and structure to come up with a solution in a very ordered way; and this will drive the best methods to use the energies of creativity that lie within you.
  6. Watch your words about the problem:  Words, like thoughts, are energy, powerful energy which attracts either positive or negative outcomes.  Most people fail on finding solutions to big problems because they ignore this deep understanding; this can either bring more problems and stress or it can bring solutions and mental peace.  Your choice…  Whenever you feel frustrated and say something negative like “I cannot do this!” or, “There’s no solution here!” you allow more stressful thoughts and situations to appear in your midst, to overwhelm you further.  Whenever you do this, you are summoning negative energy by picturing a “giving up” image in your mind.  This is the loser’s mentality, but most people do not realize it.  The winner’s mentality realizes that there is no failure or losing in life, just challenges to learn from and always grow.  So be wise, adopt a winner’s mentality!

There is always a solution to your problems, but the challenge is to keep your mind clear and peaceful to find it.
